my current makeup favourites

Today's post is all about my current makeup favourites, some of which I've used for quite some time now and others that are new to my collection but still loved just as much! I hope you like it...

ANASTASIA BEVERLY HILLS DIPBROW POMADE + #12 BRUSH

This product was one of those 'YouTube made me buy it' ones but let me tell you...the hype was 100% worth it! It's a creamy consistency but is perfect for lining and filling in your brows to your ideal look. I use the shade 'Dark Brown' and it's perfectly pigmented. The only downside that I've found to the pomade is it dries up in the pot quite quickly but it is still fine to use - it lasts ages too as a little bit goes a long way. I apply this with the Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Brush #12 - I think it's useless investing in good makeup if you don't have the right tools  - these two together are the perfect combo.

REVLON COLOURSTAY FOUNDATION

With a medium to full but buildable coverage and a long lasting finish, this is my go to foundation day after day! I wear 220 Natural Beige from the Combination/Oily range and it suits perfectly as I always have tan on. Although the coverage can be quite full, it doesn't feel cakey on the skin and goes on really well with either a stippling brush or a beauty blender. It also has SPF 15 which is always good. This has been a daily essential of mine for quite some time now, but even more so since it now has a pump - it used to be such a hassle without one! This has to be my favourite foundation by far, hands down. 

NYX SOFT MATTE LIP CREAM

I was a bit sceptical about ordering this online a few weeks ago as I've tried the NYX Liquid Suedes previously and didn't like them one bit, they didn't live up to the hype at all! However, this lip range is a complete game changer for me - I love it! I have the lip cream in the shade 'Abu Dhabi' - a velvety nude. The creamy consistency has a matte finish which is long lasting but not drying at all like the other range, you kind of forget you even have it on! My only problem with it is now I want the rest of the range...what shade will I try next?!

URBAN DECAY ALL NIGHTER SETTING SPRAY

This has to be up there on my list of holy grail products that make my life a whole lot better - a bold statement but 100% true. No makeup look is complete without a spritz or two of this on top! There's no need for touch ups throughout the day, my makeup doesn't budge one bit. This is an essential on my dressing table, I'm on my second bottle of it already!
